Dear Provider:
Due to maintenance required to NLPDP’s phone service there will be an interruption in phone coverage on Friday, June 20, 2008, as of 4:30 – 6:30 pm. While the interruption is only scheduled for Friday evening there is a possibility that service may not be restored until Monday morning; therefore, NLPDP staff may not have access to the phone system on Saturday, June 21, 2008.
