Correction to Bulletin #15 – Dated May 12, 2008

Please be advised that Sandoz Omeprazole 10mg Capsules were listed incorrectly as an Addition to Existing Category and should have been listed under New Category.  Please make note of correction below as an approved category to the Newfoundland Interchangeable Drug Products Formulary, Volume 54 effective July 1, 2008. Mandatory charging of the lowest price for new categories will come into effect July 16, 2008. We apologize for any inconvenience.
